Team REBEL is all about a group of engineering students across different parts of India who came together to build a UTV, eventually to compete in the very first edition of Rally Car Design Challenge (RCDC) competition 2018 held in Thar Desert, India. - Managed personnel and project throughout the product life cycle.- Designed chassis using first principles with SolidWorks. - Gathered all CAD and supported system integration.- Reviewed and approved all design changes and alterations.- Performed stress, and thermal analysis (brake, chassis - front, rear, roll over impact) and provided FMEA risk assessment.

Team Vaayushastra is all about a group of engineering students from the Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues college of Engineering who cam together to build a UAV, eventually to compete in the SAE AERO DESIGN (Advanced class) competition 2017 held in Texas, USA. The problem statement was to drop humanitarian packages from a height of 100ft in particular target zones.My role as design and development engineer was:- Researched, Designed, provided calculations, and 3D modelled for various parts of the UAV (eg. Wing, Horizontal and Vertical Stabilizers, etc.)- Coordinate design concept inter-departments.- Provide modular design approach for ease of logistics and assembly. (BOM -->DFW)- Fabricated the fuselage with carbon fiber composites. Made glass fiber molds to create final product. - Fabricated wings using balsa wood, learned technologies like laser cutting, foam wire cutting etc.
