During my summer internship at Sun Pharma, I had the opportunity to work on two pivotal projects: Change Management for the Ivalua Platform implementation and Tail Spend Management.Change Management for Ivalua Platform Implementation:1. Developed and executed a comprehensive change management strategy to facilitate the adoption of the Ivalua procurement platform, enhancing procurement processes across Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracting, and Procurement to Pay.2. Analyzed and categorized changes based on impact, ensuring seamless integration and transition from existing processes to new, efficient workflows.3. Conducted training sessions and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure user readiness and acceptance.Tail Spend Management:1. Analyzed indirect expenditure data to identify tail spend transactions, focusing on low-value, high- frequency Purchase Orders.2. Implemented strategies for transaction cost reduction and vendor consolidation, particularly in the Engineering Consumables group, to optimize procurement efficiency and achieve cost savings.

Involved in procurement management of Dosing Packages for IOCL DHDT Panipat Refinery Expansion Project.Effectively implemented and communicated daily workflow to fellow team members, resulting in an increase in productivity.

The course of action was proposed to reduce scrap generated during the production of biaxially oriented polypropylene films.Based on the last five years’ data analysis, sources of major scrap generation were found.Changes in the plant parameters were proposed along with the amount of load for each plant line for their optimal performance.
