• Develop Project Schedule considering project constraints like scope, cost, time & resources.• Identify and monitor closely the critical path activities and highlight issues and risks in a project review meeting.• Documenting scope change in project and updating schedule and scope baseline accordingly for management’s review and approval.• Assist Project manager in determining Project budget and forecast cash flow.• Evaluating project performance using Earned Value analysis and highlighting schedule and cost variance in a project review meeting.• Assist Project manager in planning project resource requirement (Man, Material & Equipment) and Ensure its availability as per schedule by coordinating with vendors and procurement team.• Prepare and publish Weekly Report, Monthly Report, Meeting Agenda’s, Minutes of Meeting and other project reports to internal and external stakeholders.• Identify, analyse and evaluate the risks and its impact on the project and submit to Project Lead for preparing a contingency plan.• Assist Project Manager for Extension of Time (EOT) with relevant supporting documents and baseline schedule.

Glass wall system is one of the leading Façade contractor in India. I work in project planning and control department as a Dy manager. My scope of work includes: 1. Develop monthly factory production plan based on project schedule given to client. 2. Ensure smooth execution at site by prioritizing factory production and dispatch based on site clearance. 3. Projecting project monthly billing based on project schedule and factory production plan and publishing it to top management.

I had worked at one of the leading startup, incubated by ZoneStartup at Bombay Stock Exchange. I got a great exposure to project management in small scale business. I Understood and witnessed the product life cycle in a healthcare IT industry. I had a great experience relating different management concept ranging from Strategic Management to operational concept like PDCA cycle, to a real time activities going on in the office during my 4 months of internship. I was asked to improve the application utility, increase downloads and application rating on the play store by understanding customer needs and suggesting and implementing new strategies to increase no. of users of the application. I used the Deming Methodology to achieve the objective given to me.

I had done my technical internship at Nuclear Equipment department in L&T Powai. During my internship, I understood and witnessed how different department like project management, quality dept., shop floor, design team, warehouse and procurement are immensely interrelated and so efficiently communicating with each other using E.R.P. system. At the time of my internship, "Locator Assembly" was made at the shop floor which was part of the atomic power plant at Kakrapur.
