In the product domain, I built a platform from scratch during a platform upgrade forJoyride, this is the world's second-largest micro mobility service provider, operating in 80+ countries. I managed the entire development & support work for this project single-handedly. On the service side, I have successfully delivered over 600+ websites, including static business site, blogs, e-commerce, custom CMS software, & HRMS websites, using platforms like WordPress, NopCommerce, React, Shopify, Webflow, HubSpot, and custom development in AngularJS & ASP .NET. However, my primary focus areas are NopCommerce & HubSpot.Additionally, I oversee marketing and SEO projects ranging from 25 to 500 hours of support, consistently showing notable progress to clients. Due to that some of our clients have been with us long-term. I also manage internal website marketing strategies.I currently manage a team of 80 people, including DevOps, Developers, Designers, QA, Marketing (SEO & Content Writers). I handle all projects with the help of 2 Project Coordinators & 2 Business Analysts.
