Developed a continuous evaluation process for the organisation’s curriculum on Social andEmotional Learning (SEL), to help improve the quality of interventions across schools in India. Further, helped in developing parts of the curriculum, and conducted trainings for both teachers and students.

Developed and reviewed curriculums on topics such as Pedagogy, Mathematics and Englishfor pre-service and in-service government school teachers, for the Online Distant Learning(ODL) mode.

Co-designed the initiative, aimed at developing essential life skills for students between the age of 14-21. This included skills such as problem-solving, research, planning, teamwork and self-awareness. Successfully executed projects with 20 educational institutions and over 5000 students across India.
