Handling Finance function of selected emerging Markets.

 Preparation and analysis of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the company of eight legal entities which includes foreign subsidiary. Preparation and analysis of Monthly MIS and Financials as per IGAAP/INDAS and USGAAP/IFRS. Responsible for handling Statutory and Internal Audits and resolving Auditors Observations. Accounts Reviews/ Book Closure (SAP & Hyperion Environment). Clean Balance sheet and working capital reduction. Preparation of dashboards and give advice for decision making. SOX/IFC Compliance of the company. Working as Corporate Controller Preparation of Business Plans, Annual Expenditure Budgets, Fund Flow, Cash Projections in discussion with cross-functional managers and business controllers. Preparation of Monthly projections based on the current business scenario. Variance Analysis between Budgets vs. Actuals/Current Period vs. Previous Period. Preparation of Board Packs with detailed analytical review. Drive Automation Projects  One point information system for all financial information to be provided to Group Corporate Team, Investors, Bankers and other stake holders.
