At the end of the day, my work transforms life and brings a positive impact change on families by educating their young ones. I teach children and at the same time, I learn from them. I coach teachers in their professional development by enhancing their classroom practices and get inspired every time I interact and collaborate with them.Throughout my middle and high school teaching of 6.5 years, I have highly valued building authentic relationships with my students and have always set high expectations for them. Student-centered practices, inquiry-based approach, collaborative environment for students, and experiential learning, are some of the methods used in my K-12 teaching. Taking up active leadership roles, training teachers on various pedagogies, and going beyond the four walls of teaching excites me & motivates me to take up new projects and actively work on them. I've been a part of a government educational project, contributing from its initial pilot phase to its implementation across multiple states of India. I take pride in being empathetic, having a positive attitude, being a go-getter, and being committed to my work. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing my students becoming bright and responsible individuals in society. My newly found interest in social media management has helped organizations build a positive online presence.
