• Co-founded iRepair India in August 2009 while still in university.• Started with a single-page website while picking up customer devices for repairs at their locations and fixing them at Coffee Shops while pursuing my MBA.• Oversaw iRepair’s growth from flagship store launch in Koramangala in 2011 to 5 stores in 3 states in South India, with 15 employees and a yearly turnover of around 3.5Cr.• Managed all aspects of the business, including supply chain and inventory management, IT infrastructure, service workflow, customer ticketing system, customer representative and technical staff training, social media management, advertising, and marketing strategies.• Implemented industry-first innovative practices such as 30-minute guaranteed repairs, lifetime warranty on spare parts, doorstep repairs for electronics by specialist technicians, and value-added services like Mail-In services using prepaid shipping labels with premium shipping partners.• Organized Service camps for corporates in IT parks and SEZs.• Achieved ISO certification and established iRepair as an eco-friendly organization that recycles e-waste to help keep it out of landfills.• Pivoted the business through the pandemic, shifted focus, re-structured operations and are now growing sustainably.
