Cloud Support Engineer-Data Platform
CurrentProvide product support to the customers in various areas like SQL, Drivers/Connectors, and AWS S3.• Troubleshoot customer issues while using the product from the various 3rd party’s tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Databricks, Jupyter, and DBeaver. Handle customer's ETL issues, Troubleshoot connection issues related to JDBC, ODBC, and Snowflake Drivers.• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage their cases through Salesforce. Track the bugs raised to the product team through JIRA.• Hands-on AWS S3 bucket, EC2 instances, IAM roles.
