Accountable for a portfolio of AdTech projects serving itv's Advertising Sales Operations and Broadcasting:• Linear Addressable – Delivery of itv’s first release of a Linear Addressable capability (DAI) which involved the upgrade of various AdTech systems in line with MVP requirements. Responsible for planning and managing all aspects of delivery through to production releases including business acceptance. • Technology Modernisation - modernisation of aging business critical systems from a technology and business process perspective. Development of new sales applications through to the rewrite of existing systems in line with latest technology.• Regulatory Compliance – global changes of demographic nomenclature across itv’s sales systems to be compliant with company ethos and regulatory standards.• Sales Area Consolidation – upgrade of itv systems to offer trading at a consolidated Sales Area level i.e. London in replacement of LWT/Carlton. • In-House Support Transition – In-house transition of application support across itv’s Content Supply & Distribution systems in line with strategic goals. This involves the in-house transition of approx. 50 applications/systems from the incumbent supplier (Accenture) to itv’s in-house Product Teams.
