Presently I am involved in a Green FieldProject related to Coal Tar Distillation and Generation of Value-Added Products by Separation and Purification of the intermediate Products. Review and Prepare Basic and Detailed Engineering Data. Check the Process Chemistry, Mass and Heat Balancing and Process Optimization. BFD, PFDandP&ID Make, Update or Review for improvement with the support and guidance of the Senior and Head of the Project. Review PDS and MDS of Process Equipment's. HAZOP Study of the Process. Participate in Process Equipment Finalization.

Presently I am involved in a Project related to Hydrometallurgical Process. My role in the Project is to check the Process Chemistry, Mass and Heat Balancing and Process Optimization. Make PFD and P&ID with the support and guidance of the Senior and Head of the Project. Conduct Lab Trail for Process Development and Parameters checking. Process Equipment Finalization and Purchase. Pilot Plant setup. Execution of Erection and Commissioning activities. I was also involved in Supervision and Team Handling at the Site. Make SOP of the Process and Job Execution. HAZOP and HIRA document Preparation and conduct regular Safety audits.
