“Project: - Forever 21/Spykar/Pepe/Ace Turtle Bhiwandi”Warehouse Manager for Forever 21(ABFRL Group)/Spykar /Pepe/Ace Turtle, Bhiwandi•Managing over all warehouse’s operation spread over 1 lac sq/ft as per design SLA.•Monitor daily operations of warehouses, against SOPs and service levels agreed between Company and Customers.•MIS Reports creation - Monthly, Fortnightly, Weekly and Daily•Conduct period audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high level of stock accuracy.•New Initiatives, Safety and Kaizen at Warehouses, experience of Inventory & Warehouse Management•Responsible for safety, security of warehouse.•Responsible for stock reconciliation with system Vs physical.•Responsible for checking bills of vendors as per contract.•Extract and analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements in the warehouse. Gather and prioritize data for system issues recorded in the warehouse.•Handling a shift of more than 150 workmen and 11 staff with around 10 lac inventory and 60000 SKUs of Forever 21/ Spykar /Pepe/Ace Turtle to achieve day to day operational goals.•Planning of additional temporary labours, MHEs to run operation smoothly without any delay and failure, once resources utilized, sending utilization report to client.•Proper training and counselling to workforce to increase the productivity.•Managing B2C shipments of Forever 21 brand/Ace Turtle and their E-com partners Flipkart, Cloutail Myntra marketplace, Tata cliq, Ajio & nyka•Responsible for timely dispatch of all B2C shipments within TAT.

Ensuring timely service delivery as well as collections from the clients within the stipulated credit period while managing the distribution system of the company and maintaining smooth operations. Maintaining DSR & MIS Reports for strategic review and planning. Processing client requirements for Value Optimization Service, including studying the activities and helping work out the costing. Checking KPI and Billing for its accuracy, as per the clients commercial and requirements.

Handling all Inland container depot(ICD) Mundra,Pipavav, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Jaipur, Delhi, Nagpur, Ludhiana for their booking of shipments Creating booking numbers for shipments, updating in the system and communicating to clients. Maintaining complete track of all shipments / containers and communicating transit status to shippers. Updating the figures for Container picked up as well as gated in the port . Closely monitoring the operations of cross functional overseas offices to achieve efficiency in all aspects of the customer service delivery cycle Executing best practices & standard operating procedures targeting at organizational excellence. Preparing export Advance List (EDI) for SMTP & local containers and submitting to the slot operators. Negotiating the slot rates with feeders and slot booking. Interacting with clients to understand their logistic needs and assist them in completing required documentation works. Keeping track of the consignment right from pickup at client place until delivery at the destination point. Keeping the client well informed on the transit status of consignments. Keeping healthy relationship with clients to maximize customer loyalty and also source repeat business
