Conduct meetings, Workshops and Brainstorming with business Users, Stake Holders, Customers, understand and capture their requirements.• Establish and manage relationships with customer subject matter experts and appropriate customer management, with an objective of maintaining and building the business.• Capture, collect, analyze business requirement User Stories and translate into clear and understandable BRD.• Motivate the team using appropriate tools and techniques in order to increase commitment to the program objectives.• Update BRD according to ADD-ON User stories at various stages of project.• Explain and make understand the User requirements to system Architects, Project Managers, SME’s from various teams and senior management.• Coordinate with technical Project managers, internal team to face challenges and changes during project cycle.
