• To ensure smooth operation of Depot.• Inward of stock transfer after checking with stock transfer note.• Order entry in the system as per order received from the distributors.• Invoicing of order and dispatches to the distributors.• Physical stock verification on daily and monthly basis.• Separate storage & dispatches of Cold Chain products as per SOP.• Develop the budget for depot and submit to GM for approval.• Monitoring credit limits of distributors as per sales analysis.• Payment follow-up with distributors as per age-wise outstanding.• Receiving & Dispatch of samples & promo inputs to field staff.• Disposal of expiry & breakage stock.• Negotiation and finalization of transporters.• To participate in internal and external audit; provide necessary data information, as may be required by auditors.• Corporate Hospital & Government Institutional supply, payment follow-up & Tender Submission.

• Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse over-all operations..• Negotiation of rates with common carrier representatives.• Develop the budget for DC and submit to State Head for approval.• Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.• Monitoring of DC expenses and ensures that they kept minimum level of budget.• Physical stock verification on daily & monthly basis.• To participate in internal and external audit; provide necessary data information, as may be required by auditors.• Issue inventory report, In/Out status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status. • Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration.

• Supervised daily operation of Ahmedabad Depot C&F.• Physical stock verification on monthly basis.• Monitoring credit limits of distributors as per sales analysis.• Payment follow-up with distributor as per age-wise outstanding.• Sales – Tax working for sales – tax return filling.• Stock transfer to other depot as per instruction received from HO.• Follow up of ‘F’ form with other depots.• Co-ordination with central depot for products, samples & promo inputs.• Disposal of expiry & breakage stock.• Preparation of MIS reports like order booking, sales, age wise outstanding analysis, collection objective & plan.• Checking C& F bills and send to HO for payment release.• Sending age-wise outstanding report to MR, ASM & RSM and follow up for overdue outstanding.

• Invoicing & Collection entry.• Bank reconciliation.• Raising promotional debit / credit notes to stockiest & dealers.• Verification of C&F & Transporters bills for payment process.• Co-ordination with marketing personnel for reimbursement of various sales promotional activities.• Reconciliation of stockiest & dealer accounts.• Stock verification of dump stock on monthly basis.• Looking after dump operation of C&F agent.• Preparation of MIS reports about daily Sales, Collection, Age-wise outstanding, realization etc.
