Working closely with team members and Local Supply Chain Teams to implement the procurement StrategyNegotiating prices, achieving defined KPIs considering TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)Active Supplier Management (yearly performance ratings, strategic evaluations/segmentation, and development plans for key suppliers)Procurement of Packing Material, Promotional Material & Gift Article.Responsible for management of vendor database on the basis of criteria like cost, quality, timely delivery etc.Process purchase requisitions, enter purchase orders in accounting/tracking system ERP, and generate reports for upper management review.Auditing and compliance's of contract manufacturing location and selecting new facility for outsourcing.Liaison with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Planning and Procurement Departments to achieve tight work schedules.Exposure to new products technology transfer at various sites without any quality issues.Exposure to process validation of different products of different formulations.Exposure for preparation of master production record for contract manufacturing location.Quality and productivity monitoring as per the quality systems.Manage periodic evaluation of vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery and service and identifying corrective measures in improving the quality of deliverables.Conduct vendor evaluation for quality, cost, capacity and consistency and maintaining supplier master in coordination with the Master Data Maintenance team.Contributing to creating and implementing long term procurement strategy and advise the cost center owner on annual budgetsManaging the existing Supplier base aligned with the CAPEX and OPEX requirementDeveloping new potential suppliers
