• Working as Assistant Manager with VSNL IP Services Team. My profile includes day to day troubleshooting of various IP routing issues, IP core issue and MPLS backbone issues. SPOC for Top 20 accounts as point of escalation for any Network outages.• Supporting Tier 3 escalations in field of network core issues, routing issues from lower tier engineers. Taking ownership of unresolved complains and resolve them faster. Guiding Tier 2 team to solve complex issue, giving training of different technologies. • Act as single point of contact for maintaining customers for commissioned on network platform of Network to Network Interconnection (NNI) with other international Service Providers. This involves working closely with International Service provider for building links , deploying configuration and troubleshooting on complex issues when required.
