Current• Leading a Regulatory Risk & Compliance product implementation portfolio at the strategically important Global Technology Center.• End to end delivery of product implementation and customization. • Designing a strategy & KPI for portfolio as owner • Overseeing all aspects of Professional Services delivery -Pre sales technical consulting, estimations, customer relationship management, CSAT• Managing a top-notch, proficient team of 60+ professional services software engineers and solution architects covering all three business regions – North America, EMEA, and APAC.• Acting as SME for AML – all 3 aspects - Suspicious monitoring, onboarding and watchlist filtering and Fraud management ( IFM ) • Managing stakeholder relationships at SLT level. • Collaborating with peers from professional services and other product organizations such as Engineering and product, Sales , pre sales and supporting functions. • A technical leader helping deliver large and complex FCC customizations with hands-on exposure, building talent by recruiting, onboarding, and efficiently enabling performance. • working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines• vendor management to onboard and hire contractors for the software engineering team. • a CSR committee member for an India talent center.
