We are working with multiple ISPs in a dual multihomed environment and using OSPF, and ISIS in the internal backhaul network, and BGP, static, and VRRP with customer and upstream providers.▪ Working as a part of a level 3 team, includes being on-call and taking escalations and troubleshooting customer-facing issues, deployment issues and ISP related issues, related to layer1, layer2 and layer3 protocols.▪ Hands-on experience with multi-vendor equipment like Juniper MX, SRX, EX series, Cisco, and SD-WAN Versa product lines. Knowledge of backbone core network designed by MPLS and BGP created over logical tunnels, VXLAN, EVPN, SD-WAN Versa design, and architecture for customers.▪ Collaborating and supporting network operations center (NOC) for the World's largest, only MEO satellite constellation that provides high-speed and low latency internet transit path. We also use GEO satellites to provide connectivity and redundancy to our customers.▪ Generate Visio diagrams, catalog sheets, and documents and collaborate with other teams to work on complex projects and assign and distribute tasks.▪ Document procedures, design changes, implementation changes, and processes to be followed and passed along to the NOC for their training.
