Associate Training Manager
Current-- Leading Poshmark India's training and development system by assessing international, inter-departmental and cross-functional performances and driving innovative training program development through the facilitation of online resources, training tool kits, and mentorship programs-- Managing a team of 2 trainers and guiding them to build the capabilities of employees, placing focus on critical thinking, business fundamentals, and leadership-- Creating cutting edge Learning & Development Strategy; partnering with business leaders to create tools and improve processes for enterprise-level talent development and coaching-- Conceptualizing and implementing plans to close the learning capability gaps in alignment with business requirements-- Calculating training demand based on the RAT (Required, Available, Trained) and preparing yearly training calendar-- Conducting primary & secondary research, developing high-quality content, enhancing it and implementing the same
