FICO (earlier known as Fair Isaac) - Bangalore is a very good place to work, especially the team i worked with. Our team was comprised of administrators of OS, WEB and RDBMS's.Being at Fair Isaac, i was exposed to many new technologies that I had no experience with, such as Installing, Configuring and Administering Application Servers like: WebSphere and WebLogic.

IDS Bangalore was very new when I joined as an Oracle DBA. So there was a very good opportunity to setup the entire Oracle site for the projects to take off. It was very good to have brand new servers all waiting for me to get them ready from scratch.

This was the first company where I was a DBA on Designation and also at work, till now I was a developer and also taking care of Databases.Exposure to such a huge business like the one at BMMI, gained me a lot of skills like: Preparedness for Disasters, Database Availability, Inter personal skills and many more.
