Finance & Accounts: Analysis of financial statements and reporting on performance of organizations.Supervision of timely preparation of statutory books of accounts and finalization of year end statements.Managing the preparation and maintenance of Accounting Systems & financial statements ensuring conformance to time, accuracy and statutory norms. Auditing/ Taxation:Conducting internal audits, providing all necessary documents.Evaluating procedures to highlight the shortcomings and implementing recommendations.Solely responsible for checking returns such as TDS and Service Tax as per the relevant Acts & interfacing with Tax Auditors/ regulatory authorities for assessments and remittances.Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing the profitability report & to prepare the report showing Leakage of margin (Profit). Review of loss making & low profitability contract. Requirement of funds considering potential receivables and payables. Variances in budgeted and actual cost, and providing feedback to tender department. Nature of debtors/ creditors to ensure timely recovery/ payment
