Table Tennis Player/Coach turned Sports Research Analyst, having expertise in Sports Performance Monitoring and Analysis in Olympic Sports like Table Tennis, Badminton, Boxing, Weightlifting etc., Athlete Development, Sports Ecosystem Development, Grass Root to High Performance Development and overall well being of athletes. My interests lies in Sports Science, Sports Analytics, Sports Technology Development, Development of Sports Advisory & code, Education and Health.Currently I am working with Sports Authority of India at Target Olympic Podium Scheme platform and looking after Indian Boxing & Weightlifting and other sports as the Lead Research for fulfilling the research & analysis, roadmap building, policy development, Training and other needs of the stakeholders i.e are Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports India, Indian Sport's Federations, Development Athletes and Elite athletes and Eminent Athlets of India to achieve medals at Olympics. Simultaneously I am working as Joint Secretary of District Kangra Table Tennis Association, Himachal Pradesh, India for development of sports for a population of around 40 lakhs.Earlier I worked as Sports Head at Khelo India Table Tennis Residential Academy at Nagrota Bagwan, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India to develop the grassroot for Table Tennis as a sport. Winning State Championships continuously from 2011 to 2019 and producing National level Players in Table Tennis from a small town, establishing a high tech table tennis training centre with 2 Robots and sports science equipments in a school of small town are some of the reason that keeps pushing me in this sports industry. The dream is to see and make India a sporting Nation so that everyone can say खेलोगे कूदोगे तो बनोगे लाजबाव !!!!
