- Project execution and guidance to team members in Tooling design and Lead design reviews for new products tooling & concepts with CFT approach.- Responsible for design of Heat exchanger's tooling equipments & SPMs for new Advance engineering projects and data management in SAP ECTR.- Perform Tolerance Stack-up analysis on drawings to ensure the positive assembly fitment and manufacturing tolerances.- Create 2D drawings for tooling assemblies including Bill Of Material and Detail drawings for machining,welding & Sheet metal processes with GD&T application.- Troubleshot existing designs to identify problems with Components or Tools and recommended corrective action with new modified design solutions.

Chinchwad

- Study & Analysis of customer drawings, products, manufacturing standards and requirements.- Responsible for Design and Development of Sheetmetal parts, Automotive Interior Soft Trim parts (Headliner, Floor carpet, Dash Inner) and its tooling Equipments design within customer timeline.- Responsible for 2D drawings for manufacturing along with GD&T implementation.- Coordination with process engineer and quality engineer to achieve customer quality requirements.

Chinchwad, Pune

- Study & Analysis of customer drawings, products, manufacturing standards and requirements.- Responsible for 3D design & 2D drawings for manufacturing along with implementation of GD&T.- Analysis of sheet metal components under various forming conditions for material behavior response check.- Analysis of Rubber and various Automotive components (Silencer, Gear box) for NVH analysis, Automotive components (Leaf spring, Suspension arm) for Fatigue analysis.

Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area

- Worked closely with senior engineers & production shop supervisors for engine components projects.- Monitored few engine components projects to determine areas and processes needing improvement.- Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives.
