● Around 4 years’ experience in IT industry with Salesforce.com CRM Administrator and Developer in Salesforce.com● Experience in various Salesforce.com offerings like Sales Could, Service Cloud, Communities & Force.com Platform● Experience in Salesforce Classic & Lightning Platforms.● Good Development Experience in various Force.com Platform technologies like Apex Classes, Apex Trigger, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, Apex Scheduler etc.● Good Development Experience with Lightning Platform, Lightning Components and Lightning Design System (CSS) ● Good development experience on Apex Web Services Classes (REST & SOAP), Salesforce 2 Salesforce, Partner & Enterprise WSDL etc.● Experience in SFDC development using Visual Force, S-Controls, Customer and Partner Portals. ● Have good working knowledge in querying Salesforce.com database using SOQL & SOSL queries using Workbench and Developer Console.● Experience in working with Developer Console, Workbench, SOAP UI, Eclipse with Force.com IDE.● Experience in Salesforce.com Administration like Object Management, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Profile & Permission Set Management, Roles & Sharing Rules Management, User Management, Page Layout Configuration, List View Management, Assignment Rules, Web 2 Lead, Reports & Dashboards and other Salesforce Configurations● Extensive experience using and creating Profiles, Roles, Page Layouts, Org-Wide default, Sharing rules, Workflows, Approval Workflow, Reports/Graphs and Dashboards. ● Experienced Data loader user with knowledge on complex and large CSV files for faster data Integration into the Salesforce. ● Experience in Data Migration and updates through the tool Apex Data Loader in Salesforce.com.● Experienced in working both Waterfall & Agile Project Delivery Methodologies.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; accustomed to working in both large and small team environments
