With over 20 years of experience in the IT field, I have handled various roles, from technician to systems administrator. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of working with many local and foreign team members, providing support to Sri Lankan members as well as individuals from the US, Vietnam, Nepal, India, and more.One of my strengths is being able to listen to issues from non-technical team members and finding creative solutions to solve their problems. I believe that effective communication is key to building strong relationships and delivering high-quality results.Recently, I made the decision to start working as a freelancer, which has given me more flexibility to pursue my other interests, such as solar power projects, security camera systems, and home automation systems. I find it incredibly fulfilling to work on projects that improve the quality of life for people and the planet.In my free time, I also enjoy gardening and experimenting with new plants and techniques.
