In my Final year of pursuing a BBM (Hons) in Human Resource Management at Sri Lanka Technological Campus, I'm further solidifying my knowledge by enrolling in the Diploma in Personnel Management (DPHRM) program at CIPM. My passion for HR extends beyond traditional practices, as evidenced by my qualifications in Psychology and Counselling, fostering a holistic understanding of employee well-being. Furthermore, I'm proficient in digital tools and ERP systems, demonstrating adaptability in the evolving HR landscape. With strong motivation and a clear goal, I aspire for a career in HR, ultimately aiming to become a lecturer and inspire future generations of HR professionals.
