Current• In this role, I lead a team of 24 people managing Talent Acquisition and Background verification for ANZ Bengaluru Service center, which includes both IT and non IT functions• Translating business strategy into talent acquisition plans and process for volume, specialized, niche hiring and Leadership roles• Responsible for creating and implementing plans to build inclusive and diverse work environment• Identify and contribute to continual process improvements for better resource utilization, simplified and quicker process and enhanced customer experience• Manage all third party supplier selection and accountability to deliver optimal ROI for BU• Take a commercial view to delivering a recruitment solution balancing cost, operational efficiency and mitigating risksThoroughly enjoying one of the best experiences in my career managing deliverables like o Attracted and recruited top-notch talents in fields such as AI, Machine Learning, Data Scientist, Analytics,Underwriters, Engineers and data Analyst, Quant etc),o Improved candidate experience through digital transformation such as digital assessments, digital interview, digital surveyo Simplified processes through RPA.
