• Ensure payroll activities globally comply with applicable geographical regulatory and compliance requirements, and ANZ Policy and governance standards• Work with in-country SMEs on local regulatory requirements to understand the impacts of changes and what actions need to be taken as a result across end to end process in conjunction with Payroll process• Governance of Payroll Obligations across all countries • Operational contract management for third party provider services (3PP, Equity and others) • Drive consistency, standardization, process improvement/automation across multiple payroll regions Key achievements:• Design and Implementation of Payroll Management System for PNG and Fiji regions• Successful implementation of frameworks(Over payment, Pay finalization, Suspense account reconciliation) across all regions• Integration of the employee data files from People Soft HCM to third party payroll vendors

• Responsible for voluntary and involuntary process across multiple regions. Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing of employee termination monies which includes drafting appropriate letters, collecting required documentation and providing exit quotes • Accountable for identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing them• Ensure compliance to local regulatory and policy requirements• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationship Key achievements:• Played a key role in HR Foundation project - a business transformation project which delivered a scalable global HR solution for ANZ• Streamlined the off boarding process for Aus region resulting in significant FTE reduction

• Managed a team of 30 associates/senior associates and 2 Team leads which involves the end to end Accounts Payable process( Invoice processing, Payments, Direct Debit, Debit Balance, GR/IR, Vendor Reconciliation and Customer Response Center)• Transitioned 3 Accounts payable processes from Offshore locations to Bengaluru• Responsible for day to day operations of the Accounts Payable and Procurement functions• Responsible for the transition and implementation of the process of the new wave• People Management – Objective Setting, Performance tracking and review, Talent Management, and Attrition Management• Ensuring adherence to timelines/deliverables as per the Service Agreement• Production Planning and Monitoring systems
