Her type-A personality and focus on process efficiency proved to be an important catalyst in the scaling of the aftercare project from it's pilot stage (impacting 2 students) in Bangalore to effectively capturing 50 shelter home students while ensuring zero students dropped out of the program and 100% of them moving into higher education. 10 of the funded students were seen grabbing internship opportunities as well. Harsha was a mentor to several students herself. She used her economics background to coach several girls in the shelter home and inspired them to succeed in the subject. Several of the impacted students took on a bachelors in business upon graduating high school. Her passion and experience with the students drove her to take on the mantle of Director of Transition Readiness and Aftercare in the organization the following year to ensure the development of effective strategy and consistent program execution across all 23 cities for over 4000+ students.
