Responsibilities:Release Planning and Management:• Schedule and manage weekly Product Backlog grooming sessions.• Develop Release Planning Review (RPR) deliverables.• Develop Release milestone schedules and other critical stakeholder communications artifacts. • Facilitate collaborative Release Plan reviews. Identify, update, and maintain Release. Requirements and documentation. • Manage Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and all associated changes, ensuring accuracy and traceability. • Manage preparation and Quality Assurance activities related to Release Planning Review (RPR) and Release Readiness Review (RRR), ensuring approvals of VIS Release contents and approvals to proceed with Release activities and deployments. Deployment Management: • Develop Release Deployment plans. • Perform multi-stakeholder coordination for each deployment. • Facilitate internal and joint reviews of Deployment Plans and Installation Instructions. • Orchestrate deployment tasks and lead the deployment team through the deployment plan to successful Go-Live; respond to and remove impediments; perform stakeholder management with multiple contractor and government teams. • Manage all Release Management reporting, to include Sprint Backlogs, Release Backlogs, Change Control Board, and management reports. • Perform financial reporting and analysis. • Execute weekly labor analysis reports for variances against the Release Budgeting Plan. • Manage and maintain charge code numbers, ensuring timekeeping accuracy and compliance. • Assist in quarterly financial planning. • Update budget model, as applicable.
