As a Portfolio Manager, I worked independently and reported directly to the company's Chairman. I was responsible for investing around $200m from the fund's AUM of $800m in different assets like stocks, convertible debt, and other financial products.My main tasks included finding and analyzing investment opportunities in stock and bond markets and providing well-reasoned recommendations. The sectors I covered encompassed industries such as Telecom, Energy, Automobiles, Banking, Infrastructure, and Real Estate.
