As an Intern at Amwins, I used Microsoft Power Automate to create workflows on the vendor's website and Windows platform. I gained an understanding of the website's HTML and unique components, allowing me to efficiently develop workflows that saved time and money for the business. During my internship, I got a chance to supervise the workflows in production, addressing any issues immediately while coordinating with the team. I was part of an excellent team who helped me build an excellent problem-solving and learning mindset, along with strong debugging skills. This experience gave me an insight into how big companies work and what to expect in my future career.

I offered homeowners the opportunity to save money on their electricity bills and build home equity through solar panel installation. Throughout the internship, I developed resilience and grit and learned how to overcome rejection and setbacks. Additionally, I created more than $100,000 worth of revenue for the company. It was a great experience to send my skills to the next level and put me out of my comfort zone.

I helped customers check out their groceries and assisted them around the store. Along with that I also sorted and organized the aisles and helped other employees with their work. I provided excellent customer service and received award recognition for collecting donations and receiving high customer service reviews. This experience prepared me for my future adventures.
