I’m a Self-regulation Coach for Tech Professionals.Self-regulation is the ability to sense your environment and choose an appropriate response without losing control or suppressing your feelings.It’s easier said than done. I believe Self-regulation skills are the key to thriving in your career and living a fulfilling life.In my day job, I’m a product marketing leader. I’ve been working in tech for 8 years now.I have been in the trenches battling with burnout, and anxiety. I don’t think anyone is 100% immune to this.But, I’ve also been a founding PMM, Go-to-Market leader and PMM consultant for 5 tech startups now.
