To add on, Executing the project by creating scope of work for the Project by reading the blue prints, handling the requests i.e.: RFP and RFIs, negotiating sub contractor's cost quotes, preparing bid form, estimating/ budgeting and scheduling a time frame for project substantial completion, hosting the change of order if required, submitting the documents for permit, managing the on-going projects efficiently, co-coordinating with project manager and sub contractors.
