I come from a rather humble background and had long learned that there are no shortcuts to success. My father is an entrepreneur, and he always explained to me the importance of Management to run any business. My mother is a successful homemaker, a rather unacknowledged and underappreciated career. She has always juggled between social responsibility and home. Looking at her management skills, I always wondered whether I would be able to do the same when I am at her age. Having one elder sister who studied brand communication and packaging in Milan is like having a mentor who always teaches me the realities of life and how brand behaviour changes. Hard-work, dedication, and determination are my best friends and I constantly worked to achieve the best in my academics.I have done an internship at a Diamond manufacturing firm where I learned about how diamonds are viewed, cut and polished, and furthermore some of the pricing techniques. I believe that Diamond manufacturing companies or jewellery manufacturers in India have comparatively less educated workers who are not aware of major parts of business.Great education can lead to a growth of production and operations at the firm, development of new technologies can help them reduce their waste and also achieve greater accuracy. I also learned how to communicate with managers and owners of the firm and to follow the suggested hierarchy. This helped me develop my bespoke jewellry enterprise and start with a few clients who started believing in my ideas.Working alongside inspiring individuals from all across the globe is my dream. Accumulation of various inputs and guidance can lead to a successful idea generation and a powerful vision. The goal is to build a network with the alumni of all life institutions.
