Programmes1. Key Member of the core Comprehensive Sexuality Education team that developed an inclusive rights-based CSE curriculum along with supplementary job aids and AV resources. 2. Developed sessions and manuals on providing adolescent and youth friendly SRH services for educational institutions and health-facility based interactions.3. Co-led the development of organisational advocacy strategy.2. Conducted multiple trainings with youth leaders from across the country on youth-led advocacy on adolescent health issues.3. Co-authored a chapter in Working Group on Human Rights’ (India) mid-term UPR report 2020 and drafted inputs for multiple submissions to IE SOGI on rights of LGBT+ individuals in India.4. Youth Expert at WHO’s expert group meeting on developing a scale to measure ageism held in Israel, Feb 2020.5. Key member of the team working on the institutionalisation of a youth accountability mechanism within India’s national program on adolescent health by adapting the PMNCH’s Adolescent Health advocacy toolkit.6. Participated in the 41st Human Rights Council Session in Geneva and drafted inputs for resolutions on DaW, VaW, SOGI and CEFM.

1. Led the Endline study of the Nutrition Rehabilitation Centre programme.2. Trained and capacitated staff members of Nutrition Rehabilitation Centres on providing appropriate care to infants and children suffering from Severe Acute Malnutrition. 3. Conducted IDIs and FGDs for the mid-line assessment of Sajag programme focused on improving early childhood care and development in Rajnandgaon.4. Organised community meetings on the importance of early childhood care and education with young parents.5. Designed communication materials and handouts for facilitators.
