- Responsible for the new & existing product development & tracking product profitability.- Responsible for the product function in AIF / PMS with a 360-degree perspective which includes product development / innovation / communication- Development of new products- Gathering market intelligence- Communication to both internal & external teams on product parameters- Engagement with internal teams including Sales & other functions- Monitoring product performance

Present a resolution for complaints which may relate to a variety of topics such as:Order routing, order status or execution inquiries such as non-execution, delayed or erroneous executionFunding issues such as deposit or withdrawal delays, third party fees on funding and processing of position transfersStatement and tax issues such as dividend reporting, cost basis issues and tax reporting discrepanciesLevel of satisfaction with customer service receivedCompose clear and concise summaries of issues which require escalation internally, either to the programming department or Senior ManagementProvide research for IB’s Legal and Compliance team in response to claims submitted to local regulators
