Components/Skills: Windows Clustering, MSDTC, Storage/Disks/MPIO/Storage Spaces/Storage Spaces Direct (S2D), Hyper-V, Docker & Containers on Windows and Volume Shadow Copies / Windows Backup• Entrusted with the responsibility of providing the Premier, Advance and 'Rapid Response' support for Windows Server related issues under Storage and High Availability.• Efficiently providing support to build, configure and manage windows server 2008/2012/2016/2019 physical and virtual infrastructure.• Key player in providing support related to build, configure, manage and troubleshoot Windows Failover Clusters, Hyper-V Infrastructure, VSS Backup, Windows Storage and Docker & Containers. • Instrumental in Root Cause Analysis and providing support for Azure-hosted servers on components such as ASR, storage spaces or S2D. • Contributing significantly in troubleshooting:- o Complex issue related to Windows Storage (MBR/ GPT), Dynamic/ Basic disk, MPIO and Filesystems.o Windows Storage Performance.o Complex issues with Volume Shadow Copy service.• Assisting the customers with design, configure, manage and troubleshoot server Backup also designing the solutions related to windows as per customer requirements.• Guiding, designing, supporting the implementation of windows related technologies. Providing Microsoft best practices to deliver reliable solutions to the customer.• Efficiently configuring, managing and troubleshooting Windows Failover Clusters, Hyper-V Infrastructure, VSS Backup and Windows Storage.• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that customer’s issue is handled on priority.• Gaining professional experience in a cross functional corporate environment and sharing best practices for technical aspects. • Demonstrating good knowledge of Windows Internals and Windows Core features and functions.
