- PM owner for MV backend/infrastructure- Involved in product roadmap and OKR planning

- Worked with hardware and software teams through the NPI stages of Meraki IOT Sensors (MT) including market research, development, pilot and beta programs- Drove feature development and launch for public API's for MV analytics and IOT telemetry- Created technical guides, installation and application content for internal and external users- Managed day-to-day critical partner relationships on technical and operational levels- Troubleshoot and triage critical bugs and issues from support and high-impact escalations - Handled critical customer accounts on pre and post sales engagements

I was primarily focused on large enterprise customers to evaluate their Unified Communications solutions for technical issues and operational shortcomings and collaborated with the product engineering to improve the product stability and to better align the product roadmap with the evaluated use-cases. As a technical resource, I augmented my team’s onboarding process through identifying the training requirements and adopting a more hands-on approach for quicker ramp-up of the new hires with the technology and process. I also contributed content for the Cisco Learning Network, an online paid portal Cisco certifications.In addition to engaging with the clients and engineering, I analyzed historical data identified process and technical gaps with hardware replacement orders and redesigned the process flow to include mitigate the technical gaps through involving the subject matter experts and improving the documentation available to customers resulting in preventing 8 replacement orders.

I was responsible for engaging with small, medium and enterprise clients to identify and address any issues they face with their Voice over IP and legacy telephony infrastructure. I built a strong technical understanding of telephony standards and VoIP protocols and their implementation in Cisco Products such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CUCME), Voice Gateways, Cisco Unity Express (CUE) and IP Phones.
