Won projects from USPS to manage fuel tanks at 14 postal facilities. Managed the preparation of construction solicitation packages which includes: site investigations; preparation and review of conceptual, 30% and 100% design for UST system removal and/or replacement; specification and scope development; preparation of independent cost estimate. Prepared numerous design proposals for USPS facility upgrade projects.

Responsible for the operation of Alion’s Nuclear Services Division (NSD) with annual revenue of $7 million and a staff of engineering professionals of 30. NSD division has conducted business with 40% of the US commercial nuclear power reactor fleet.
