Organized, Managed and Executed administrative projects and executive support operations of Sandoval County SBDC center. Assisted the center Director with administrative process reengineering, provided independent IT support, collaborated with local networking groups and businesses and educated the attendees on SBDC services in the local and surrounding areas.Key Accomplishments> Upgraded the existing IT equipment which saved approximately $10,000 in new procurement costs. > Documented the process flow and best practices of the Sandoval County SBDC Center which was implemented by other SBDC Centers resulted in increased efficiency, measurements, and milestone capture. > Successfully trained administrative staff of 18 SBDC Centers across the State of New Mexico.

Performed administrative functions for two offices of Sandoval County SBDC center. Assisted the center Director, Business Advisor and PTAP Advisor with scheduling client appointments, making travel arrangements, organization and facilitating workshops, conferences and other events. Adhered to University purchase, finance and other administrative policies.
