My role was planning the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and overseeing the entire life cycle of 350 Distribution Managers (DMs) and 2700 Direct Sales Executives (DSEs) on a national scale.I was responsible for ensuring that the distribution infrastructure aligns with the organizational norms while expanding the numeric reach.Additionally, I created effective work processes and designed policies that drove business hygiene parameters, ensuring optimal performance.I was also entrusted with the task of designing and managing the Sales & Distribution Budget for various promotional schemes, ensuring proper allocation and utilization of resources.Furthermore, I focused on developing tools and resources that enhanced the efficiency and productivity of the Sales team, enabling them to achieve their targets effectively.

My primary objective was to effectively manage and drive sales through distribution channels, aiming to achieve market leadership in the designated territory while experiencing growth in net sales and revenues.I have successfully led a team comprising of 2 direct reports and 18 indirect reportees, overseeing a monthly business volume exceeding INR 1 Cr.My responsibilities include formulating strategies to enhance customer acquisitions, RES (Retention, Engagement, and Satisfaction) metrics, and ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), resulting in overall revenue improvement.
