Passionate about driving continuous improvement and operational excellence, I currently serve as an Assistant Manager in the Business Excellence Department at Adani Green Energy Limited. My role involves leading the Kaizen initiative, where I empower teams to identify and implement incremental improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity. I also provide comprehensive support across various critical areas, including Integrated Management Systems (IMS), Adani Work Management System (AWMS), Quality Circle (QC), Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). My focus is on fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement, ensuring that our processes are both efficient and effective.I am dedicated to driving impactful changes that align with our company’s vision of sustainability and growth.
