• Completes and maintains required paperwork, such as Inventory Tracking Reports, throwaway record sheets, invoices, and assignment notes.• Receives merchandise, utilizes equipment appropriately and monitors for repair, administers required paperwork, logs and other documentation.

• Handle thousands of customers and team of 81 associates’ concerns and guide as required.• Provides training to Associates on systems and Company procedures, i.e., scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs and initiatives, discounts, EAS system, and safety.• Prepares registers for opening and closing daily and maintaining front-end cash levels and supports the process by completing audits on register accuracy.
