 Liaise with customers, suppliers & transport companies  Manage the entire warehouse operations from order management, picking, packing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.  Ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines  Ensure adequate stock management tools and processes are in place to enable efficient working across all platforms and implement a warehouse management system.  Ensure that all necessary processes and operations setups are in place to ensure no stock is lost, stock counts are accurate, and any variances are fully investigated.  Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics  Be an Operations and Logistics Mgmt. leader for the Business Team to help lead the strategic development of the Operations and Logistics Management activities  People Development through regular feedback, coaching & mentoring  Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities  Manage escalations and take corrective measures to avoid repeated mistakes/operational failures
