Responsibilities: Responsible and Acted as the central communication point for major incidents - all Priority 1 issues and Priority 2 issues as required in ServiceNow. Prioritizing major incidents based on business impact to the client. Ensuring that all client deliverables are met within timelines and with a high level of quality and also the creation of a resolution plan for P1 & P2 incidents in major incident management. Interfacing with the Incident, Problem and Change Management processes to assure that Service Levels Agreement objectives are met, exposure in handling escalation. Responsible for remediating vulnerabilities by monitoring Microsoft patches, proactively upgrading OS versions, and pushing failed patches using the ManageEngine tool. Facilitate and manage end to end Incident Management Process. Drive the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Incident Management process. Conducting due diligence audit on Microsoft licenses usage and optimizing the allocation of resources and licenses.  Responsible for providing access to multiple cloud services through Microsoft Entra ID, including Azure DevOps, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Confluent Cloud, Azure RBAC, MongoDB, GitHub Copilot, Database access requests and handling requests for Entra ID. Responsible for implementing and maintaining groups in Azure Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop services, Microsoft Intune admin center, VDI provisioning and deprovisioning, device management, and patch deployment through ManageEngine tool. Overseeing the organization and management of Active Directory organizational units (OUs). Handling service requests for employee Onboarding and Offboarding as allocated in ServiceNow. Tasked with producing and disseminating weekly FCR reports, in addition to crafting a Monthly Dashboard that outlines the Team's Performance, which is then presented to the Manager during the Monthly Governance review meeting.
