1. China OEMAn Airbag ECU which senses front, side, rear, roll crash by using on mount and remote sensors and deploys the respective airbags of driver, passengers. Also it has a seatbelt reminder feature which reminds driver & passengers by giving lamp indication.• Analysis of Airbag Controller Unit (ACU) Requirements and writing test specifications.• Verification and Validation of modules that includes Extraction of each module, finding the Test Scenarios, build Test Cases, Build Automation Framework, Execute the Test Cases and Defect/ Bug Finding.• Developing the Automation framework using J Script and internal APIs which reduces the time of Testing.• Testing of various functionalities related to CAN Communication and diagnostics Module.• Involved in validation of CANC, CAND, EOL, RSU, DCS, Loop Deployment and Loop Management.• Working as per V-CYCLE.2. MAZDA • Involved in delta and full validation of customer tests, which includes CAN_Communication, Automated scripting of CAN-Diagnostics, EOL, and some part of EDR on crash which involves both normal crash tests and high-load crash tests.3. MAHINDRA• Involved in validation of DCS, SBR Lamp and End of Line (EOL)• DCS (Direct Current sensors): Testing of Slow sensors for different resistance.4. RC_LE_4.5_platform project (Unit Testing) : It was Embedded C Code developed by Development team for the Airbag Application Modules like CANC, CAND, RSUs etc.• Worked on complete unit testing. Mainly concentrated on Code coverage (c0 and c1 coverage) and branch coverage for the codes developed for Application modules CANC CAND etc.,• Mainly concentrated on Coding standards to write the test specification and perform testing using Automated tools and Manual testing (WinIDEA)
