Jobscope:- Responding to live chats, emails, Facebook messages, and Instagram messages from customers- Outgoing calls to customers for reservations/updates on deliveries/assistance requests- Assisting with food deliveries, gift deliveries, and other miscellaneous requests for customers- Updating merchant’s operation details into the system as and when required- Working across departments to ensure the smooth flow of business operations- Other duties pertaining to the growth and development of the department and organization- Other duties as assigned by the team manager
