• Administering and verifying accuracy of works and schedules• Assigning dispatch to the drivers according their plans.• Tracking load pickups/deliveries and update customers with eta.• Tracking toll activity of all trucks of the fleet.• Planning local drivers according to the loads available.• Ensure scheduling of transportation is done as per planning• Co-ordinate the maintenance and repair of Vehicles Report for delays, incidents and mishaps.• Resolve work related problems and customer complaints• Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
