My interest in culinary arts began at a very young age. I developed a penchant for Indian spices and gastronomy. I love to explore new restaurants where I can find new flavours, spices, and tastes, especially fusion food. My passion for food, goaded me to explore culinary as a career option, and in 2018, I got admission to India's best culinary school.The science and arts behind cuisines and flavours got further reinforced during my stint at the Indian Culinary Institute. This institute had the best infrastructure and facilities which enabled me to learn about different cuisines, inherent sciences, food, and beverage operations, servicing, and managing demo restaurants & bakeries. I was entrusted to prepare food for our institute visitors.During my first year at the Indian Culinary Institute, I started my own Instagram page by the name “Foodestan”. The page focuses on all types of fusion recipes. The page has over 1500 followers.  I also got an opportunity to intern for 45 day’s at Olive bar and kitchen, Mehrauli, Delhi where I gained knowledge in Mediterranean food and Italian food. I also got an opportunity to intern for 3 months in Le Meridien Hotel, Cannaught Place, Delhi. During my internship, I had gained experience from senior chefs in various aspects of running 5 star hotel kitchens such as time management, guest satisfaction, hygiene standards, and Supply and Procurement of raw materials.I have since graduated and am looking to join a professional hotel/restaurant chain such as yours, which can offer an opportunity to enhance professional knowledge, skills and learn from expert chefs in conjunction with the goal and objectives of the organisation along with enough scope to rise.
