Have experience of Eight years in residential projects (multi storied) in Contracts , making of BOQ, quantity surveying, billing, budgeting, scheduling and costing. Extensive working done quantity surveying (like preparation of B.B.S, calculation of structure quantities and finishing quantities).Recently worked on various aspects of budgeting which covers all areas of project (involving calculation of per sq ft cost of multi storied buildings, which sets project overall cost like structure cost , finishing cost, mechanical part, electrical part , plumbing part, Hardscape and Landscape part, facade part, etc).Also done scheduling on Microsoft Planning (M.S.P) as well as resource allocation, project tracking, etc.
